TONY WILLIAMS

Tony Williams is the Founder/C.E.O. of LeaseCollection.com, a professional real estate leasing, and management company. He's also a General Partner with TLC REI FUND, which focuses on real estate acquisitions of senior housing, multifamily, vacant land, commercial, and office properties in the $10M - $20M range. He is currently active in real estates, such as leasing, management, sales, and ownership.

Tony brings 13+ Years of experience to The Lease Collection Team, TLC REI FUND I, and teaching "hands-on" entrepreneurship education. He started his management business with a secured $250 credit card. Today, his management company has generated seven figures in revenue and has completed hundreds of real estate transactions.

While still actively running his companies, Tony also serves as a business educator, life coach, and mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs. He is an NFTE Alumni (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) who has won first place in several local and national business plan competitions using the exact same business plan template provided in The Ultimate Business Plan Start Up Course. Tony has received the required certification to teach Entrepreneurship Education Courses from NFTE University located on 120 Wall Street New York City.

Tony attended Southeastern University in Washington D.C. on a full academic scholarship from Dr. Charline Drew Jarvis to continue his business management and marketing studies education.
